Meet the CS Team:
Up close and personal with ReviewTrackers’ award-winning Customer Success team
Customer Success Specialist
As Customer Success Specialist, Stacey is passionate about providing next-level support and optimizing your road to success. Her deep love of learning — along with her expert knowledge of the ReviewTrackers software — is key to her ability to deliver incredible value with each customer interaction.
Joining our team after teaching high school Spanish for six years — three years in the Chicago Public School District and the last three at a private school in Chicago — Stacey feels like she has achieved the career transition that she always wanted. “It took a really long time to make a really big decision, but I’ve left my comfort zone.” This hasn’t stopped her from seeing similarities between helping students learn a new language and educating business owners and managers about online reviews and customer feedback.
“ReviewTrackers customers are my newest students,” she says. “It’s as rewarding for me to teach customers how to best use our platform as it was to watch a student master a new concept.”
What do you love the most about working at ReviewTrackers?
The people, the culture, and the environment! I truly enjoy working with everyone on the team.
Name three things you love.
- My family and friends.
- The Spanish language and culture. I lived for a year in Valencia, Spain and loved the challenge of learning a new language. I always want to speak better, learn more, and become as close to a native speaker as possible.
- Food and exercise. My favorites are Mexican, Italian, and Spanish food. As far as exercises are concerned just this week alone, I’ve taken spin classes, done CorePower yoga, and Shred415 classes. I always love to try a new and challenging workout.
What’s one random fact that most people don’t know about you?
I danced competitively — both as an individual and as part of a group — for about 16 years. Ballet, pointe, jazz, breakdancing, hip-hop, you name it.
Any secret talents?
I’m a good cook! I love seafood. My go-to meal is salmon fillet with pan-fried cauliflower and Brussels sprouts, plus brown rice and quinoa. I can also make mean fish tacos!
If there’s one tip you could share with a customer so they could make the most out of ReviewTrackers, what would it be?
My advice would be to utilize your dedicated Customer Success Manager. Talk to them. Ask questions. Take advantage of the Help Center. These are some of the best ways to make the most out of ReviewTrackers.
