The technology that powers ReviewTrackers can help companies identify key issues and trends, understand customer sentiment and opinion, benchmark against competitors, and make smarter business decisions.
It can also be used to rank baseball stadiums.
We’re not kidding. In our recent 2017 Voice of the Fan report, we applied ReviewTrackers’ algorithm in order to rank Major League Baseball stadiums based on an analysis of 130,000 reviews and 550,000 keywords.
Why? Well, baseball is the American pastime, and each year, fans leave tens of thousands of reviews of their stadiums on Google, Facebook, and other review sites. We wanted to take all that information and convert it into actionable data. After all, if you listen online to what customers are saying about their experiences, you empower them to guide the conversation and tell you what really matters the most.
(We also wanted to answer an urgent baseball question: which stadium has the best hot dogs?)
Baseball’s top 5 stadiums:
- Oriole Park at Camden Yards (1st overall and top-rated facility)
- PNC Park (top-rated stadium for families and top-rated fan experience)
- AT&T Park (2nd for food and top-rated hot dog)
- Safeco Field
- Ewing M. Kauffman Stadium (2nd for family experience)
