Email alerts by ReviewTrackers are designed to quickly notify you and your team of new customer reviews.
We’ve updated these alerts with a focus on greater readability and better organization of all the information you need.
Here are some of the things you’ll love about the new email alerts:
- Information-packed headers. Your daily, weekly, and monthly email alerts now come with headers indicating which business location or location group the alerts are for. They also show the total review count and average rating of the given location or group.
- Reviews — organized by location. The new alerts are designed to make it easier than ever for you to find and browse your reviews, as well as check in on what customers are saying about your individual business locations.
- Response status. Curious to see which of the latest reviews your team has already responded to? We’re saving you a few extra clicks by including a Response Status Indicator for each review in your email alerts.
- Go-To Actions for Gmail users (coming soon!). You know how, on Gmail, you can “RSVP” to a calendar invite, “Track” your shipments, or “Share” a Google doc without first having to click on the message? Those are called Go-To Actions. In the same way, when alerts arrive in your Gmail, you can now “View” your latest reviews — and, with one click, act on the latest customer feedback directly on your ReviewTrackers dashboard.
