Use Kiosk Mode to ask for feedback and reviews just moments after a crucial sales, service or care experience. With Kiosk Mode, you’re able to automatically send feedback or review requests to your customers without even logging into ReviewTrackers.
It's as easy as 1-2-3!
- Open up Kiosk Mode from the ReviewTrackers mobile app or use the location's Kiosk landing page on any device.
- After a customer enters their contact information, a feedback or review request is automatically sent to the customer. The customer opens the link to give you feedback and/or leave a review.
- Feedback and reviews left by customers will appear in your ReviewTrackers dashboard. All Kiosk request data can be viewed in the Campaign Metrics report.

How does Kiosk Mode work?
During checkout or at the end of a service or visit, ask your customer to input their contact information, or you can just input this data directly if your customer just tells it to you. Once the customer provides their email or phone number, a feedback or review request is automatically sent directly to the customer. The customer will open their email or text message and click to give you feedback and leave a review. Then the feedback and review data appears directly in your ReviewTrackers dashboard.
How do I get to Kiosk mode?
Download the ReviewTrackers mobile app and click into the Ask section. There you can open up Kiosk Mode. Or you can find your location’s unique Kiosk URL in ReviewTrackers by going to Settings → Locations → Landing Pages → Kiosk URLs.
Can I send the other Feedback type pages using Kiosk Mode?
Yes! Create templates and make sure they are assigned to the entire account. Then select which email or SMS template you send out here.
What if my customer inputs both an email and phone number? How do you send the request?
If SMS is enabled, the customer will see an additional field where they can enter their phone number. If the customer enters both their email and phone number, an SMS message will be sent if you have remaining credits. If you have no remaining credits, the feedback request will be sent to the customer via email.
What happens if my customer enters their information more than once?
We prevent over-sending by only allowing the same email address or phone number as a recipient every 10 minutes. If you try to submit an email more than once within 10 mins, an error message will appear, saying “Oops! A feedback request for this customer is already on its way. If they haven’t received it in 10 minutes, please try again.”
What information do you store when customers enter their information on our Kiosk Mode device?
We store email, phone number, and name. The data is stored in our database. A CSV file can be downloaded via the Campaign Metrics report.
When do customers leave a review?
Kiosk Mode will not ask your customers to write an online review on the spot. This minimizes privacy and security concerns, while also preventing reviews from being generated using the same IP address. Customers who are happy to recommend and review your business can provide feedback and leave a review via the email or SMS link they receive.
Can I customize the Kiosk page?
At this time, the landing page displayed on Kiosk Mode devices is not customizable. But customizable landing pages are on our Product Roadmap.
