ReviewTrackers’ Smart Response feature makes review response easier by enabling your managers to select or pre-approve language and responses consistent with your brand. This ensures that all your responses meet brand or compliance standards, and that they always reach the customer as fast as possible.

How can I opt in?
*Smart Response (beta) is now available for Admin users of ReviewTrackers. Admins now have the ability to to set up, edit, and delete review response templates under their Settings page. Be sure to enable Smart Response via Admin under “Features” for any account you’d like to opt into the new feature. Keep in mind that accounts need to be integrated with Google and/or Facebook.
