This month, we’ve been hard at work to help you get more from ReviewTrackers than ever. We officially introduced The Ask Tool, one of our core features, formerly known as “Review and Feedback Request.” It’s better than ever, and it’s (still) the smartest way to generate new reviews and capture valuable customer feedback.
The Ask Tool helps you get to know your customers up close and learn about their experiences using built-in survey tools, SMS and email campaign performance metrics, and sentiment analysis features.
We’re also inviting customers to check out and opt into the beta version of Smart Response: a new feature designed to help you save time by pre-loading your ReviewTrackers account with brand-approved responses to reviews.
Speaking of things you need to check out, don’t forget to read our newly released Voice of the Fan Report, in which we rank the top NCAA football stadiums based on an analysis of 140,000 online reviews.
