Since joining ReviewTrackers in 2016, Zach has built amazing relationships with hundreds of our customers, helping them improve their experience with ReviewTrackers and be truly in tune with what their needs and challenges are. With over 9 years of industry experience, Zach is no stranger to the technology and digital marketing services scene. Before ReviewTrackers, he worked primarily in customer success, client services, and account management for companies like Yext and Cofactor (formerly ShopLocal). He even won the Customer Service Award at ShopLocal for two consecutive years, in 2012 and 2013.
What do you love the most about working at ReviewTrackers?
The freedom to dig into projects and problems of any size or scale.

Coffee, my kids (3-year-old Hayden and 1-year-old Luella), and Twitter.
What’s one random fact that most people don’t know about you?
I finished in second place once in a hotdog-eating contest.
Any secret talents?
I can quote most 90s movies. (Go ahead and ask Zach to quote you lines from Pulp Fiction and Forrest Gump.)
