Client Onboarding Manager
As Customer Success team’s client onboarding manager, Sara makes sure that all your business locations and data are accurate and complete as you get started with ReviewTrackers. Around the office, she is known for being a self-motivated individual who always brings a creative and critical-thinking approach to problems, and for cultivating dynamic relationships with ReviewTrackers customers and colleagues alike.
What do you love the most about working at ReviewTrackers?
That's easy: the people. I've never worked with a more motivated, caring, enthusiastic bunch in my life, and I'm not sure I ever will again. I'm pretty convinced that the people here are unmatched no matter how far and wide you travel. It's pretty incredible.
Name 3 things you love or can’t live without.
Are people getting sentimental with this answer? No? Then dance (I teach a dance fitness cardio class on Tuesdays and Thursdays after work, which I LOVE), La Croix (I get bored with regular water), and pizza (Jet's Pizza, to be specific).
If we're getting sentimental, then my fiance (Chris), my dog (Girr), and my cat (Stella)!
What’s one random fact that most people don’t know about you?
I'm a published playwright! In high school, I wrote a play for my AP English class, and was selected as a finalist — so they produced and performed my play at the Wharton Center in East Lansing, MI. I don't remember the name of the play, but I remember it was set on the 'L' in Chicago. Oh, how this play would be different if I wrote it today. Ten years living in Chicago changes your perspective on the 'L'.
Any secret talents?
Unfortunately, no. But I have gone to Target before and made it out under $100 — does that count?
