Customer Success Manager
Ryan is known around the office for his exceptional multi-tasking skills and for being ReviewTrackers’ resident DJ. (We’re waiting on the creation of a ReviewTrackers Spotify playlist specially curated by him.) Previously, he worked as a key account executive for public relations software company Cision, where he helped build and manage all aspects of sales pipeline, while also dissecting customer analytics from marketing campaigns.
A graduate of LeMoyne College in Syracuse, Ryan always goes above and beyond for customers and never turns down an opportunity to help teammates out. He is a living, breathing example of all the values that drive ReviewTrackers’ growth and success.
What do you love the most about working at ReviewTrackers?
Our company “chemistry” is the absolute best thing about working for ReviewTrackers.
I've been with the team for about seven months, and my coworkers have quickly become family. Since I walked through the door on Day One, everyone here has made me feel extremely comfortable with who I am.
Name 3 things you love or can’t live without.
Oh man, this is a super hard question! So many things I love! Is this an online dating profile? Just kidding.
- Going out to eat. It may not look like it, but I LOVE food. I'm always exploring a new restaurant Chicago has to offer.
- Iced coffee. Whether it’s 80 degrees out or 20 below zero, I will roll into the office with an iced coffee. It really gets me through the day.
- Working out at the gym. At the minimum, four times a week. This way, I can consume all the pizza and donuts whenever I please.
What’s one random fact that most people don’t know about you?
It took me two (or was it three?) attempts to get my driver’s license in the state of New York, where I grew up. It's not an easy test, you guys! That’s why I don't have a car in Chicago and rely solely on the bus or train.
Any secret talents?
It’s not necessarily a secret talent, but I've been told on numerous occasions that I have great taste in music, and that I should take up being a DJ on the side.
My Spotify playlists are organized by season and some of my friends anticipate the release date. Maybe one day….

Also, I think sometimes, customers forget to share what's on their mind. We like to take in as much feedback as possible so we can improve our customer experience.
