Sure thing! We can handle all of your new location onboarding. Depending on the number of locations, it can usually be completed same-day. Simply send the following information for each location(s) to email@example.com:
• Location Business Name
• Location Business Address
• Location Business Phone Number
• List of relevant review sites (chosen from this list) that you’d like us to monitor.
Pro Tip: If you have the URLs to your review listings already, send those, too! It helps us add the locations more quickly. If not, no worries. Our onboarding team does a thorough search of the web to get those done for you.
If you’d like to assign a “Manager” or “User” to a particular location, include their name, email address, and access level you‘d like the to have, with each location’s required information (see above). If they’re already set up as a user, it will automatically populate this new location’s data the next time they login. If not, they’ll receive a welcome email with login credentials and a link to the dashboard.
Keep in mind, it can take 24-48 hours for our initial scan to complete and populate some of the historical data into your dashboard.
