We understand that sometimes it’s necessary to show a current or potential client how ReviewTrackers works before they sign up. However, if you’re already a paying customer of ReviewTrackers, it’s necessary for us to bill you for at least one month for each location tracked (due to costs associated with on-boarding and monitoring of locations).
Considering our monthly rate per location is pretty low (especially if you already track multiple locations), we can assure you that adding your clients location(s) for at least one month will be well worth it for the sell.
Our customers have also seen that having a “demo” location set up in your ReviewTrackers account - a location for a business that has an active review community - works really well to show potential clients live data. You may even want to consider adding them as a temporary user for that location, so they can receive review notifications. It’s a great way for them to see how everyone’s favorite feature works.
