Thanks to you, our community of passionate customers, our announcement last November of the beta release of Smart Response, an all-new feature, enjoyed a truly warm reception. Since then, we have been working hard to improve the feature, enhance its functionality, and polish a few rough edges.
We’re excited to tell you that Smart Response is better than ever.
First, we launched a shiny new Chrome extension to help you respond to all the online reviews you’re viewing on your browser. We know what you’re thinking: what a great way to boost productivity!
Also, ReviewTrackers users at the Admin level now have the ability to control whether or not Smart Responses are available on their account. If you’re an Admin, you can easily toggle the feature on and off, and more easily manage your response templates.
We also added a new Call-to-Action button on the Review Detail page so it’s easier for Admins to turn Smart Response on.
Rating-Only Smart Response: Boost Your Performance with Automation
