Our Local Listings tool is an easy and convenient way to manage your business information. But what if you're having issues publishing your businesses information? See below for next steps on how to solve all major issues.
1. No Active Google Integration - This means that your account is not currently integrated with a GMB Account. You're going to need to do this before you can use the Local Listings feature. Integrating is simple and can be done by selecting "Settings" in the upper right corner of the platform and then clicking the "Integrations" subsection. Here you will be able to log in and sync your GMB account!
2. Location Not Found in Google Integration - This means RT isn't seeing the location in the GMB account you used to integrate. Please add or claim your business listing under the GMB account you will integrate with in order to fix this. If your location is claimed under the correct GMB account, please reach out to your support rep to assist.
3. Missing Required Fields - This means that there is information in your location that we still need in order to publish. To fix this, just navigate into "Settings" in the top right corner of the platform and then click the "Locations" subsection. From this page, you'll just need to select your location and then click the "Edit Location" button in order to input the correct information!
4. Country Is Not Allowed - Right now our Local Listings option is only available in certain countries. Currently we can accommodate most countries except Switzerland and Australia.
