Integrate ReviewTrackers with your Booking.com profile in order to respond to your reviews directly from the platform.
Here's how to integrate
1. From Settings > Integrations & Webhooks click to connect ReviewTrackers with your Booking.com account.
2. Next, click to Request Access.
We'll take it from there and confirm with you when your account is ready for in-app responding!
A few things to keep in mind:
- Booking.com allows for Rating-only reviews but those reviews cannot be responded to. Due to this, we will not include this source in your responding metrics.
- You can only integrate ReviewTrackers with a single Booking.com account. Please ensure you are managing all pages from a single account.
