Alerts are used to help notify users of specific reviews on a certain schedule. Alerts are usually set up when a user is created, however, you can always create, edit, or delete alerts later on if you are receiving too many (or not enough!) email notifications.
There are TWO ways to create new review alerts:
Creating a Review Alert from the Alerts Tab
1. Select "Settings" in the lower left corner. Then select the "Alerts" section.
2. Click "Add New Alert"
3. Select the user who should receive this alert, the email type, review type, and specify which source(s) you'd like alerts from. Then, choose from which locations you'd like to receive alerts.
4. Click "Create" and you're done!
Creating a Review Alert from a User Profile
1. Select "Settings" in the lower left corner. Then select the "Users" section.
2. From the Users list, select the user you'd like to create an alert for.
3. In their User profile, select the Alerts tab. Click "Create a new alert" and set the type of review that should trigger the alert, along with how frequently you'd like this user to receive the alert. Specify which source(s) you'd like alerts from, then, choose from which locations you'd like to receive alerts and click "Create."
You can always adjust your alerts if you want to receive them on a different cadence or remove them completely.
Edit an Existing Review Alert:
1. Select "Settings" in the lower left corner. Next, click the "Alerts" section.
2. Select the Alert you'd like to edit. Adjust to the desired settings and click "Update."
Delete an Existing Review Alert:
1. Select "Settings" in the lower left corner. Next, click the "Alerts" section.
2. Select the Alert you'd like to delete. Next, click the "Delete Alert" button.
3. A pop-up window will appear asking you if you're sure you want to delete your alert. Select "Delete" and you're all done!
