If the Account Owner has left your company, or is no longer responsible for managing ReviewTrackers, there are several updates you need to make. Please reach out to support@reviewtrackers.com with the first/last name and email address of the new Account Owner, and we’ll be happy to update this for you right away.
Each account can only have one Account Owner, however, you can have multiple Admins with the same access and functionality as the Account Owner.
If a user other than the current Account Owner needs to manage the billing and account settings, they can be set up as an “Admin."
