☆ EMAIL ONLY (LEAST ACCESS)
- Only receives email alerts for their assigned locations. No dashboard access is given.
☆ READ ONLY
- Restricted access to view and export data for their assigned locations.
- Can manage their own password.
- Default alert is a monthly summary.
☆ LIMITED USER
- Can view and export data for their assigned locations.
- Can send review/feedback requests for their assigned locations.
- Can NOT respond to reviews.
- Can be @mentioned and receive an email alert, but cannot respond.
- Can manage their own password.
- Default alert is a monthly summary.
☆ USER
- Can manage and respond to reviews for their assigned locations.
- Can send review and feedback requests for their assigned locations.
- Can @mention other users on ReviewTrackers and receive @mentions.
- Can add/edit their own alerts.
- Can manage their own password.
- Default alert is an immediate negative review alert, and a daily log of all reviews.
- Can add and delete Competitors in their Competitors Report.
- Has access to Landing Pages and Kiosk Mode.
- Can manage Competitors.
☆ MANAGER
- Can manage everything specific to assigned locations and users they’ve created, including request/feedback templates.
- Can manage their own password.
- Has access to Landing Pages and Kiosk Mode.
- Default alert is an immediate negative review alert, a daily log of all reviews and a monthly summary.
- Can add and delete Competitors in their Competitors Report.
- Has access to add/manage Amplify widgets.
- Can manage Local Listings.
☆ ADMIN (MOST ACCESS)
- Has control and access to everything.
- Admins are the only ones who can manage billing, smart response templates, tags maintenance, and integrate Google/Facebook accounts.
- Can manage their own password.
- Default alert is an immediate negative review alert, a daily log of all reviews and a monthly summary.
- Has access to Landing Pages and Kiosk Mode. Only Admins can manage these.
- Can change User's Role & Permissions.
- Can add Competitors to their Competitors Report.
- Can manage Local Listings.
