We believe everyone in an organization can contribute to making customers happy and turn great experiences into 5-star reviews, so we've created 6 different levels of User access to help make sure each person has a chance to do just that.
☆ EMAIL ONLY (LEAST ACCESS)
Only receives email alerts for their assigned locations. No dashboard access is given.
☆ READ ONLY
Restricted access to view and export data for their assigned locations.
☆ LIMITED USER
Limited to view and export data for their assigned locations. They can contribute to sending review/feedback requests.
Can manage reviews, send requests, update their own alerts, and view their assigned locations and groups.
Can manage everything specific to assigned locations and users they’ve created, including request/feedback templates.
☆ ADMIN (MOST ACCESS)
Has control and access to everything. Admins are the only users who can manage billing.
Note: There is also an "Account Owner," but like Highlander, there can only be one. This is generally the person who originally set up the account, but can be changed if needed. Just reach out to email@example.com and we'll make it happen.
