Location Customization
We have some exciting new features to further personalize your review request pages! You can now create "themes" to assign to one or more locations or groups. Themes allow you to create custom logos, button colors, and content headers. Plus, you can customize your review sources and source order at the location level.
How To Create a Theme:
- Click Settings > Locations and Groups > Themes > + Create Theme
- Here, you can Name your custom Theme, upload a logo, customize the text, and choose colors.
- Once you've completed the form, click the blue Save button in the upper right corner.
How to Assign a Theme to a Location:
- Click Settings > Locations and Groups.
- Next to each Location you will see a Themes column with a dropdown where you can select your custom Theme.
- You will now see the name of the assigned theme for the location.
- Repeat this step for each location as needed.
Review Request Sources Order
On the Locations page, Manager & Admin users can also see the option to customize review sources order for each location they can access. Click on the box under the Review Request Sources column and select the preferred sources in priority order from the new dropdown for each location.
*The Smart Suggest option will show the sources with the highest volume of reviews.
Who has access to themes?
Account admins can create, edit, and assign themes and designate review sources. If you're a manager, you can view assigned themes and sources for the locations you have access to.
