This feature is a way to schedule exports of your insights and intel data without relying on manually downloading CSVs repetitively.
Scheduled Exports Flyout
You can create a scheduled export without leaving the current page you are on. This feature enables you to better understand the filters applied to the exported data. This is available to all user types except for Email Only users.
Choose a Specific Day for Reports
You can now specify the day of the week or day of the month you'd like to receive an export or visual report. This feature supports your unique workflows by empowering you to have control of your delivery schedules so you know exactly when you will receive the report.
How it works:
- When creating a weekly export/report, you can choose which day (Sunday - Monday) to receive it. You can specify the time of day for daily reports as well.
- When creating a monthly export/report, specify which day (1-31) you'd like to receive it. You cannot select a time of day for weekly/monthly reports.
FQA's
- What time of day should I expect to receive a weekly/monthly report?
- The report will be sent after midnight in the time zone in which the report was created, and you should receive it within a couple of hours.
- What happens if I select to receive a report on the 31st?
- You will not receive an export for that month. If you'd like a monthly report, we recommend that you do it at the beginning of every month with data from the previously completed calendar month.
Experience Analysis + Competitors
You can now set up automatic exports of your valuable data insights for both location and brand competitors, as well as experience categories and keywords pages. This can be found under Settings, then click the Scheduled Exports heading.
Microsurveys
How to set up a Microsurvey Scheduled Export:
- Select any Microsurvey Report and set your desired filters
- Click the Scheduled Exports button
- Set the delivery cadence & time
- Choose recipients
As with one-time manual exports, when a given microsurvey contains a star rating question, you'll be prompted to set the preferred scale to either 5-star or NPS. Please note that only Managers & admins can review microsurvey reports and configure exports.
User Permission Levels
Here's what you should know about what level of access each user permission level will have:
- Admins can schedule exports for any users in their account
- What is included in the export will depend on the permissions of the recipients (so if Admin creates export filtered to Locations A + B and adds a Manager who only has access to location A, that manager will receive a file that only includes Location A data)
- Users of lower permission tiers can create their exports for themselves only
- Email Only users can be added as export recipients
- There is no authorization required to open an export
