OVERVIEW
As a workflow tool, we know our customers rely on notes to share information between team members and keep track of interactions with their customers. Now you can add notes to a specific review in Hootsuite that will appear in your ReviewTrackers dashboard!
How to:
1. Click on the plus (+) button while viewing a specific review. Also use this button to see notes that have been left previously.
2. Type note - remember, this note is internal! It will only be shared with your teammates with access to Hootsuite and ReviewTrackers. It will not be public facing.
3. Click, Add Note.
4. To view the note and the specific review in question, click the box with arrow icon second from the left. This button will take you to that specific review in your ReviewTrackers dashboard!
