How can I use this?
- Click on the Reviews tab on the left side of the screen.
- Select the review you want to respond to.
- Click the "Generate AI Response" button.

You can Generate up to 5 suggestions per review, per hour.

Each user can update and customize the AI prompt by clicking 'Edit AI Rules.'

- Proofread and edit your response in the text box.
- Finally, Click Post Response.
Why should I use this?
We know that writing personalized review responses is time-consuming, and pre-approved templates may only work for some reviews. AI Responding takes care of this by suggesting content, even for the most nuanced reviews that require more thought.

Who can access this tool?
- "AI Responding" is included in the ReviewTrackers license fee for the Starter level and above.
- "AI Responding" is available to all users who have permission to respond to reviews.
Important Information:
- All responses generated through the AI Responding tool should be proofread before posting.
- AI is prone to what has been coined as "hallucinations," meaning it sometimes makes stuff up out of nowhere very confidently. Please check every response for accuracy, including mentions of names and locations. We've seen hallucinations a lot in healthcare reviews.
- AI Responding struggles to write appropriate, normal-sounding responses to rating-only reviews. To solve that problem, we will use the Response Generator for these scenarios.
- Per compliance, AI Responding will only be usable for reviews from third-party sources (not for Feedback or First Party Imports).
- Additionally, since we can't legally allow AI to respond to first-party imports and Feedback, we will also use a Response Generator in those scenarios.
