ReviewTrackers now offers users the ability to be notified when a review is received containing specific keywords. This allows you to quickly respond to your customers as well as your internal teams in response to customer feedback.
Keyword alerts can be created in the same way you create other user alerts, from the Alerts tab or from the User profile.
Creating a Keyword Alert from the Alerts Tab
1. Select "Settings" in the lower left corner. Then select the "Alerts" section.
2. Click "Add New Alert"
3. Under Alert Type, you will now see an option for "Keyword Alert".
4. Select the user who should receive this alert.
5. Type in the keyword or keywords you'd like to receive alerts for. You can select from the drop-down of available keywords or type them directly into the field. Click the "return" key to submit each unique keyword or phrase.
6. Next, specify which source(s) you'd like alerts from and for which location(s).
7. Click "Add Keyword Alert" and you're done!
Creating a Keyword Alert from a User Profile
1. Select "Settings" in the lower left corner. Then select the "Users" section.
2. From the Users list, select the user you'd like to create an alert for.
3. In their User profile, select the Alerts tab. Click "Create a new alert".
4. Under Alert Type, you will now see an option for "Keyword Alert".
5. Select the user who should receive this alert.
6. Type in the keyword or keywords you'd like to receive alerts for. You can select from the drop-down of available keywords or type directly into the field. Click the "return" key to submit each unique keyword or phrase.
7. Next, specify which source(s) you'd like alerts from and for which location(s). Then click "Add Keyword Alert".
